摘要:Currently with the technological innovations, the high investment of the companies with the
modernization, the search for intelligent solutions, the high competitiveness of the market in
general, they together are the tools, solutions and products required by companies that want to
stand out in the competitive market, however, the fast adoption of these solutions could cause
a disordered growth of sectors, purchases and acquisitions of unnecessary resources, on the
other hand, with a strategical planning the majority of these problems could be eliminated.
Small software’s companies have great difficulty in adopting a methodology that can be
applied to its reality. Following this point of view, the present paper proposes a model that
offers a pratical strategical planning to companies that focus the Information Technology in a
simplified and understandable way, making visible the benefits, problems, solutions and the
learning that a strategical planning can offer, considering also aspects such as cost, time and
formalization degree was important, because the biggest problems to small software
companies are their small budget to implement a strategical planning and their expectation for
a short answer time.
