From the theory of communication and information this article makes a diagnosis of Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation - Embrapa's technology transfer processes and indicates opportunities to enable large scale transfer having as final objective to make available to Brazilian farmers and ranchers all information generated by the Brazilian Agricultural Research.
