The purpose of this paper is to illustrate the relevance of a new point of view on the formal study of Natural Language. Because Ludics allows to handle interaction and proposes a way to decompose interaction into its primitive elements, and since interaction seems to us crucial to treat language phenomena, the ludical approach seems convenient to renew this study. Such a study was initiated within the ANR project « Prélude » which aimed at transposing concepts of Ludics and at using them as new tools in various domains of Language study. Several tracks have been explored, with promising results, like the study of dialogues, argumentation and fallacies, pragmatics (speech acts), [Fleury, Tronçon, à paraître ; Livet, à paraître], and semantics (a new approach of logical forms) [Lecomte, Quatrini, 2009]. We propose in this article an approach of the meaning of utterrances based on a ludical concepts.
