This article purpose an understanding of adhesion group in the DST/SIDA clinics in the city of Ribeirão Preto by an analytical perspective. After a brief presentation on group practice patients with HIV/SIDA and a report on the Adhesion Group, search to share ideas on working with this group relating to the links psychoanalysis.
