摘要:The aim of this research is a) to identify the tracks of trust or credibility process among adult learners involved in an online CSCL activity, 2) to observe the time of occurrence of these traces and 3) their potential effects on the groups. Eleven groups of adult learners enrolled in a distance learning Master were observed during twenty weeks. The results a) indicate that credibility and competence trust are very close concepts, b) show that various types of trust operate during CSCL activity and c) reveal that trust works on the composition, cohesion and production of collaborative groups.
