摘要:In this research we depart from the notice that the trainings offers are fragmented and ignored by the principal actors in the training market, namely enterprises and people. Add to that the fact that we hold the continual training process to be rather linear (from the training cabinet until the enterprise). The paper’s objective is to reveal the value of the TIC in relation to the continual training. We would state that the IT-training combination has incurred a new presentation model, which implications are of an economic, legal and organizational nature (vanishing of the position, time and action unity). This in turn, has implicated a re- definition of the actor’s position in the training process.
