摘要:The article discusses how it has developed an ethnographic study on dialogue as an approach to imparting civic values in a primary school. To do so, the author first raises the difficulty of investigating this matter, i.e. the complexity involved, and then argues the reasons why it has been appropriate to use an ethnographic methodology. The bulk of the text is devoted to discussing how the research process was developed: case selection, negotiation, access to field-data collection, analysis, and preparation of the ethnographic report. Finally, some of the conclusions of the study are presented in order to show the kinds of results offered in research of this type.
