摘要:Globalization, with its multi-variables, has brought about new and rapidly increasing developments particularly in respect to its impact on the economy. Among the factors that have lead to the developments in question, technology stands out. The transformation of the relationship between labor force and capital, the necessity for the capital to cross national borders as a result of competitive circumstances and the increasing role of global corporations stand out as the main factors that emphasize the impact of technology on economic globalization. Within this context, the methods employed by the corporations (the main actors in economic globalization) to adapt to the market conditions and to protect their competitive powers bring about more flexible and more anomalous practices, which result in the labor market being drawn day by day into the influence of these practices. This study examines the effects of the efforts exerted by the capital (on a global scale) to overcome the crisis of accumulation and to regenerate itself on the labor force in a globalizing economy. Further, it considers how these efforts create “a new type of laborer” and how the individual qualities of that laborer are converted into a means of profit and efficiency
