摘要：This study shows result of training using return on investment (ROI) method for a 5-star hotel in the Antalya Region of Turkey. This study makes a valuable contribution to a range of pertinent literatures. ROI measurement has identified that a return on investment (payback period) is in the order of 4.5 months for the hotel under investigation. This finding might be regarded as acceptable when taken in context to the cost of software programs.
