The objective of this theoretical work was to carry through a revision of literature on learning difficulties, through research in scientific, teses summary, databases and article and dissertations, looking for what the studies raise as risk factors associates to the difficulty of learning in children in beginning of the pertaining to school stage. The results had shown that the majority of the studies approaches the learning difficulty as factor of risk for psicossociais problems in infancy, associates the partner-emotional and mannering problems. The contribution of the present study is to alarm the necessity of the development of longitudinal studies for the best identification of the factors of risk and the inquiry of the mechanisms that operate in these factors, preventing or causing the learning difficulties.
