摘要：AbstractIn its jurisprudence, the Court failed to consider the conditions under which a member state has introduced the treaty in its national law, taking into account that the receiving hadn’t had the effect of transforming the treaties and that they must be applied by domestic courts to the extent that they belong to the European law and not the national one.
