摘要:The purpose of this study was to describe the rate and the type of physical activity (AF) and the level of health self-perceived in 310 subjects, divided by gender, age-groups and lifestyle (active or non active physically). The Short-Form Health Survey 36 (SF-36) y el International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) were self-administered to estimate their perceived health, rate and type AF respectly. Moderate relationships (P<0,05) were found among different variables that reveal positive associations among dimensions of health perceived with the AF in the free time (AFTL) and weekly minutes of AF (MSAF). In general, men classified as passive showed lower AF levels than those classified as active. The quantity of AF in domestics activities (AFD) was higher (P<0,05) in women than men, with no influence of the style and age. Except in passive men, the AF didn't decrease with the age and wasn’t any relationship between AF and the style. Finally, relationships between the MSAF-AFTL and the SF-36 dimensions showed a moderate tendency to be a protective factor of the perceived health.
