摘要：Truncated accounts, payment of commissions, recycling of
debt, profiteer, embezzlement of bottoms, mortgage of national income
and clauses leoninas signed against the interests of the Republic, were
the characteristics but resaltantes of the loans external contracted by
Venezuela all along of century XIX. An analysis of content with the use
of primary sources, having as it bases fundamental idyllic process of
the original accumulation of capital raised by Karl Marx, who would be
developed in frank complicity with the internal factors of the country,
they represent the primary target of this work, to explain the indebtedness
of Venezuela Post – independence.
