摘要:This essay has the objective to reflect about a management
model that responds to the demands of the institutions of scientific and
technological research. Research as a fundamental activity for the
economic, social development, requires strategies and tools that lead to
the optimization of resources. The Manager of a Research Institution
must have capacity for planning, conditions of leadership, diffusion,
enterprising spirit; predominant human and conceptual skills management,
emphasizing scientific knowledge, management techniques, knowledge of
computer science, experience, leadership, team work, care of processes
and organization, client satisfaction, characteristics proposed in a Model of
Management, for scientific and technological research institutions.
