摘要：One seeks to study the organization of the research in Carabobo’s
University. The methodology used is qualitative. One relied on 18
investigative teachers as key informants. Since derivation of the research
has that organization of research not refers only regulations and structure,
more than this, we find there manners of think and representations that
intervene strongly in the social practice and theirs organizationals forms.
Is unavoidable a draft to the traditional form in which there has managed
the administration of the spaces corresponding to the function research to
turn it into a new task that calls to the collective participation that could
be named a management of knowledge.
