摘要：The development history of law and human society clearly tells the importance of good law. But what is good law? What is its criterion? People orientation is the logical starting point and objective of legislation. By analyzing the humanity in the existing legislation, this paper proposes that legislation should be people-oriented and take meeting the basic needs of people as the starting point and legislation should reflect the concept of humanity.
