摘要:This article aims to analyse the conflicts between teachers and educations`s managers in the city of Extrema, southern Minas, at the moment that was realized the process of performanc assesssement demandaded for municipal mayor. It analizes his discours and actions. For this, the performer assessement was included inside of a great educational project change realized by the public municipal power. From the analizes a concept that explains the meaning of the mayor actions come out and it creats tension with teachers. From this analizes a referential that shows how the social relations are complex is created, at the same time that it shows the condictions that allowed the implantation of the reform project idealized by the public municipal power.
