摘要：Migration finds itself at the centre of the debate about globalization and about political tendencies in various countries. However, it must be stated that in some academic production, but above all in the news and public policies, a set of misunderstandings are reiterated to the point of being naturalized. When mistaken beliefs govern systems of information and management we advance in the construction of social imaginaries which affect in a very real way the lives of people and groups. As such, this brief article aims to point out some of these misunderstandings and their political implications.
