摘要:A remote sensing technique that has had promising progress in the creation of topographic data in forested areas is the Airborne Laser Scanner (ALS), technology-based Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR). Equipments using the LIDAR technology are capable of creating a set of information points with coordinates X, Y and Z. The processing of the data extracted using LIDAR technology enables the generation of products such as Digital Terrain Model (DTM). This paper tests the ability of the Airborne Laser Scanner (ALS) to map headwater streams under forest canopies which is useful in various analysis mapping drainage networks. The mapping of headwater streams will be assessed through a correlation analysis of data obtained by the ALS with data measured in the field. The remote sensing data of this study were acquired through a system of profiling airborne laser Leica ALS-50 with a frequency of 150 kHz.
