摘要：AbstractIn Romania, in accordance with the current legislation, in order for a marriage to be legally valid it must be completed by a state authority, as an official act. Therefore, the marriage has a civil character. But the religious marriage, given that we are a Christian people, is permitted, with the only condition of subsidiary in relation to civil marriage.
