摘要：AbstractThe new Penal Code of Romania (Law 286/2009) no longer incriminates seduction, thus giving expression to the criticisms made at its address and to the opinion that seduction is considered as a total anachronistic incrimination.In this study the authors have shown the need to carry on incriminating the act of seduction.
