摘要：In many developing countries millions of people with intellectual disabilities and their families are inordinately affected
by poverty and social and economic exclusion. The United Nation’s International Labour Organization
(ILO)1 and Irish Aid, the Government of Ireland’s programme of assistance to developing countries, have worked
to focus attention on the issue and discuss ways of promoting training and employment opportunities for people
with intellectual disabilities alongside non-disabled workers in Africa
