摘要:This paper provides a summary of the purpose, practice and history of job
evaluation in its primary role as a compensation system. It critically reviews the implicit
assumptions made in the construction and application of the procedure with specific
reference to PwC’s evaluation of the salary structure of the Welsh Assembly in 2004.
