摘要：To analyze epistemologically the science status of Management as a discipline, we used some scientific limitation criteria that were more discussed by philosophy since last century. In the beginning of the article it is showed the aim proposition against the management science status, the lack of a clear analyses subject, on the other hand it is presented the set of research that better shows the construction process of this analyses subject. Following, definitions about science are introduced, theirs imperfections and the imperatives conditions to this practice. With this definition in mind we present the different science limitation criteria of the Karl Popper, Thomas Kuhn and Imre Lakatos. After analyzing these criteria, the Management was put in details like a science. Our conclusion is that the management research is more precisely defined like a science when considering the falsification and research programs ideas, respectively extracted of the Karl R. Popper and Imre Lakatos. Additionally we highlight that the science as falsification logic don’t drive the researches’ posture in the Business Administration field studies, and the historically initiatives of the investigation about the management’s analyses subject not show the formation of a paradigm yet.
