  • 摘要:In this paper, the diffusion law of the pollutant in a kitchen is studied, a simulation software of the kitchen pollutant dispersion is developed based on VC++6.0 platform and control program technology. The concentration of the pollutant is measured, and the distribution mathematical models of the pollutant concentration and the exergy and the exergy intensity are established with Data Fit method. The software could present one-dimensional and two-dimensional distribution diagrams of the pollutant concentration, exergy, and the exergy intensity. The conclusions are that the higher gear of a range hood is more effective than the lower and the software can be used to simulate the concentration diffusion in some typical kitchens, and lay a foundation of study on the complicated conditions.
