摘要：It The intention of this work, is to present/display the elements that allow to create a System of Detection and analysis of Atmospheric Electrical Discharge, that information provides on the behavior of the activity of the electrical discharge to be used by the Companies of Generation, Transmission and Distribution of Electrical Energy, Companies of Telecommunications and Institutions of Air traffic control, Environment, Afforest, Universities, Banks and Civil defense, of the Dominican Republic.
