摘要：The present work is an investigation on the characteristics of the surface of the sea around the Dominican coasts for fishing and oceanographic applications. It is a bibliographical study on applications of this type done before in other places and that have been taken as you rule when considering the importance that has the subject for a country that, in spite of being an average island with immensity of marine resources, does not have a fishing industry with the sufficient capacity for the optimal advantage of those resources. One is on remote sensing about the surface about the sea and the application data obtained with satellite system NOAA - AVHRR; the generation of images of of these to certain temperatures....
