摘要：This study is about the temporary Analysis of the deforestation in the Republic Dominican; so that this information serves as source to us and bases of data (database) updated of the subject; as well as of reference it stops the elaboration of the required metadata to emphasize information focused of points of specific geographical coordinateses under particular or specialized interest of the user. Our work tries on the implementation of the phases of a GIS, for the design of a Gis vestibule through the Web. The project is oriented to the design of a Software for the client or user; so that this one can unfold the options of a local GIS in our case for the “study and analysis of the forests, and afforests” from a computer science platform of the WebGIS.
