摘要：The preparation and the storing of the data of the project or work using the matrix of the classification of the possible solutions to requirements of a client; soon a graphical matrix appears of how it would be a possible flow chart for the algorithm of work in design of the software required for the automatization of the interaction between the user and system GIS. Our work tries on the implementation of the phases of a GIS, for the design of a Gis vestibule through the Web. The project is oriented to the design of a Software for the client or user; so that this one can unfold the options of a local GIS in our case for the “study and analysis of the forests, and afforests” from a computer science platform of the WebGIS.
