摘要：This presentation is about the steps to arrive at the program or algorithm towards a Software of the GIS of Dominican forest alert . So our work tries on the implementation of the phases of a GIS, for the design of a Gis vestibule through the Web. The project is oriented to the design of a Software for the client or user; so that this one can unfold the options of a local GIS in our case for the “study and analysis of the forests, and afforests” from a computer science platform of the WebGIS. The work methodology to achieve this objective; it is based on the use of the obtained tools of the Engineering of Software in SDI (Infrastructures of Spatial data).
This research work is split in three delivery parts.
