摘要：This article wants to understand the impact of the seven digital thematic universities (DTU) that have been created since 2004. The DTU aim at building the French national repository of pedagogical resources. At the end of 2011, about 20 000 resources are freely available via the websites of the DTU. As the digital framework has evolved these last years, it is now necessary to conduct a study within the French universities in order to determine what the impact of DTU is and which services or products teachers and learners expect from the DTU. This paper summarizes the main conclusions of this study
