This paper presents the case of an autistic child that has given the author occasion of investigation of the importance of analyst’s desire at psychoanalytical clinic. The use of musical sounds as a resource may be useful for making the subject appear. The analyst must bet that the autistic child, even being out of the discourse, is into the field of language and that his/her actions may assume an statute similar to speech.
