This paper addresses the perspective from children in destructive divorce and falls within the legal context for the psychosocial study. Participants: three divorced families qith children, all under 12 years old. Theoretical basis: Family Systems Theory. Method: action research. Instruments: semi-structured interviews with families, family genogram, home visits and family drawing held by children. The results showed that children often are included in the conflict and express feelings of distress and dissatisfaction with the marital conflict. Moreover, they showed significant resources to face divorce, as the strengthening of fraternal subsystem.
