摘要：This paper explores the transformational leadership style of Jesus Christ from the text of Mark
1:16-20. Through an inner texture analysis of the selected passage, it is revealed that Christ
exhibits all of four factors of transformational leadership: individual consideration, idealized
influence, intellectual stimulation and inspirational leadership. This paper also demonstrates how
Christ¡¯s example provides a useful example for aspiring leaders to model.
