  • 摘要:The first student Six Sigma team (activated under course and curriculum approval process. The goal shorten process cycle time and reduce confusion about how the process works. Members of this team developed flowcharts on how the process is supposed to work (by procedure) and how it works in reality. The reality flowchart two flowcharts were compared & integrated.
