摘要：Schemes describing the chemical kinetic behavior of actin/myosin/ATP (i.e., contractile) systems are often describable as circles of isomerizations. In this paper explicit formulas for the steady-state concentrations of intermediate complexes and of the net reaction rate are given, and then the power spectrum of the concentration fluctuations is derived explicitly for certain cases, in a manner applicable to experiments.
