摘要:Experimental evidence indicates that the way cooperativity in hemoglobin is manifested kinetically depends on the nature of the ligand. It is shown that the qualitative differences in the kinetics of NO, O2, CO, and bulky isocyanides can be understood in structural terms in a framework based on transition state theory.
