摘要:This research approaches the communication of CSR management with a look at the company's values and management cultural characteristics. In the study of the relationship between communication companies and their stakeholders, we propose a comparison between Latin American and European companies through reports sent to the UN Global Compact. With 40 firms surveyed in total, we provide data on how stakeholders are conceived by these firms, what actions are actually implemented with them and what cultural values emerge from these documents about the company-stakeholder dialogue. Some findings suggest that Latina American companies give priority to education, peace, justice and coexistence among members of the community, while in Europe these problems are solved with codes of ethics, good relationships with stakeholders and philanthropy in developing countries.
