摘要:The implementation of Digital Infrared Photography (DIP) as one of the
non-destructive analyses available for objects that are undergoing a conservation/
restoration process at the Centro Nacional de Conservación y Restauración (Cncr),
made it necessary to have a more efficient radiation source than the formerly used
for analogous video camera reflectographies.
For this reason and taking advantage of the technological advances in the field
of video surveillance, it is proposed the use of infrared radiation sources specially
designed for security purposes. As a result, quality digital infrared images are obtained,
with high resolution, shorter exposure times and no focus problems.
