摘要：In Physical Education classes, the concept of health and its evaluation has been associated with purely physical and motor skills. In this situation we propose a broader concept aimed at assessing two health dimensions usually not studied, the psychological and social health. The purpose is to conduct a pilot project that allows us to specify an evaluation of these two dimensions (psychological and social) with a qualitative evaluation in Physical Education session 1 of the ESO through group techniques. Our findings lead us to consider objetives towards which to direct our future actions in relation to psychosocial health.
