摘要:Several authors have analyzed the acute effect of different stretching exercises routines as part of warm-up on athletic performance, and the results are often contradictory. It is possible that these conflicting results may be explained due different stretching routines design used in these studies as well as the different method development in the studies. Therefore, the analysis of the different stretching program parameters (duration, technique, intensity…) could allow a better understanding of the real acute stretching effects on athletic performance. The purpose of this review is to analyze the acute effect of stretching as part of warm-up according to the different stretching program parameters used for the different research studies related to the proper warm-up design sequence, stretching technique performed and the stretching load.
