摘要：On the basis of discussing how to construct the strategic alliance of industry, university and research institute, this paper further studies how to promote change in accounting talent cultivation model. The authors propose constructing a strategic alliance of industry, university and research institute with the employing unit as the subject and the market as the orientation and application-based accounting talents should pay attention to cultivation of theoretical quality, practical capacity and innovative capacity.
