This paper driven from a research on barriers of Industry and University collaborative recommending improvements. The paper presents a Literature review and using a survey along with wide Library studies. Statistical sample is taken from industry as well as university in Tehran, Esfehan and Khorasan and use qualitative and quantitative technique for information analysis. Based on the research outcome lack of condination academic research centers and lack of communication between Industry and academic research strategies, ignoring academic research outcome by industry, in stability of management in industry, national research policy disagreement, lack of communication between academic centers and industry, lack of cultural academic support from research centers and industries, and finaly lake of trust in industry to employe academic research outcome the most important barieves in relationships between industry and university in Iran.
