    Entrepreneurship is a multidisciplinary field and still is in it’s infancy. It is therefore appropriately borrowing constructs of other disciplines in a suitable manner for its promotion. This article identifies similarities and differences of the two theories of entrepreneurship corporate and learning organization. It also explains how constructs of learning organization theory can contribute in evolving and maturating corporate entrepreneurship field. The results of the study show that, constructs of second applied model (II – model) and double-loop learning, are crucial for discovering and exploiting opportunities. It has a vital role in support of entrepreneurship corporation theory.
