What is concept of the environmental capacity and how organizations interact with it? Dimensions of complexity, dynamic and uncertainty have been the focus of some research with interest on environment. On the other hand, various researches have studied the styles of proactive and adaptive interdependence between environment and organizations. However, a few research have also studied interdependence between organization and environment based on the concept of environment capacity and styles of proactive and adaptive. The main objective of this research is theoretical contribution in organizational knowledge through designing conceptual model of interdependence between organization and environment using a systematic approach for Iranian corporations. The main Point in this research is that organizations should use different styles for achieving effectiveness, considering their environmental capacities.
