Management Quality is a subdivision of Decision-Making Quality and the policy stands for strategies selection rule. MADM models are being used for strategic prioritization and selections in an organization. In the present article, while having a glance at MADM approach and algorithms governing SAW, TOPSIS & ELECTRE methods, the design of computerized-mathematical model for Multiple-Criteria Decision-Making using MADM approach has been discussed to strategic prioritization and selection in organization. The reasons for importance of the above-mentioned Mathematical- Computerized model can be stated as its being new, having high quality technical specifications and vast and extensive facilities. Existing menus in computerized model have been presented and finally some suggestions concerning the efficiency and usefulness of this model in economic fields, foreign policy and department affairs and its integrity with Program Control Systems in the structure of State Technical-Administrative System as well as Mathematical- Computerized model based on fuzzy MADM have been presented.
