Coincident with draft of manufacturing strategy and it’s content, the subject of long-lasting of manufacturing decisions and it’s role was loomed in creation of the competitive Priorities. The content of manufacturing strategy has three components; competitive priorities, strategic Decisions and optimum practices that we select manufacturing competitive priorities first and then to determine a set of strategic Decisions and optimum practices for fulfilment this priority. In this paper we define the successful part makers, and explain the causes that they have selected the quality as competitive priorities and then determine a set of strategic decisions and selective optimum practices for realization this priority and present a relation pattern between that three components. In this process that was carry out by grounded theory method we found other results such as, define the quality, dimensions of quality and epistemology of quality from successful part makers opinion.
