摘要：Questioning the universal applicability of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health and the ICF Children & Youth Version some selected general aspects concerning claims of worldwide usability will be broached. Problems regarding the missing consideration of socio-economic and related factors within the ICF are brought up and discussed in connection with the interrelation between disability and poverty as well as deficient data on and understanding of this phenomenon.
