  • 摘要:This study examines the impact a higher education business school operate virtual companies in a well were required to make decisions concerning marketing, production, finance, human resources, total quality management, and ethics during the term. One section of students was left to make decisions on their own, only provided with training on ways in which to software. A second section of students were not only provided with training on the simulation software but also hands-on coaching by a seasoned, business professional concerning decisions made in the simulation. Team performance was The quantitative results indicate that the intervention of coaching by the professional significantly improved performance on the treatment group. The findings indicate that the introduction of real-world experience into the classroom improves the ability of students to make decisions.
