摘要:The study reported here investigated the problems confronted by foreign students at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria's premier academic institution and one of the oldest black institutions of higher learning in the black world. Two hundred and one volunteer foreign students completed Griffin's questionnaire. The results indicated that younger subjects are more adaptable to the social and pecuniary problems in Nigerian learning environment. The older subject generally experienced greater language difficulties, housing problems, and a greater sense of separation from his family than did his younger counterpart. However, they all love Nigeria. The implications of these findings are discussed.
